ANNE'S SWISS STEAK 
1/4 c. flour
2 lb. round steak, 1/2" thick
2 tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper
1 can French's mushroom gravy

Cut round steak in serving size pieces. Dredge in flour. Brown in hot oil, salt and preparing each side. When browned, add water to cover meat and simmer 30-40 minutes, covered, adding a little more water if needed. Pour mushroom gravy on each piece of round steak, adding just a little more water, and simmering another 20 minutes. Will be super tender!
