1 c. chopped onion
3 c. sugar
3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/3 c. Kosher salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
Cucumbers

Wash and brush cucumbers. Slice thickness desired; to fill 1 gallon jar. Mix together all other ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cucumbers to cover. Must be kept in refrigerator. Good to eat in 24 hours. Makes 1 gallon.
