TIFFANY'S FAJITA SALAD | |
1/2 cup sliced grilled chicken or steak 1 cup diced mushrooms 1/2 cup diced yellow onions 1/2 cup diced purple onions 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese 1 cup salad mix (your favorite store bought) or chopped lettuce 6 halved cherry tomatoes 6 black or green olives 17 jalapeno slices Caesar salad dressing olive oil Natures seasoning garlic powder Brown diced yellow onions purple onions and diced mushrooms in an olive oil skillet. Add grilled sliced chicken or steak. Heat on close to high until mushrooms are soft. Season to taste with Natures seasoning and garlic powder. Prepare salad bottom: Lettuce or salad (about a cup), sliced or halved tomatoes to garnish, 6 black olives to garnish, 17 jalapeno slices to cover bowl. Top with Caesar salad dressing or your favorite salad dressing. Top the hot fajita mix with Mozzarella cheese and let melt with a covered skillet. Pour melted fajita mix on to prepared salad bottom.
