HOLIDAY SWEET POTATOES 
3-4 med. sweet potatoes, cooked
1/2-1 c. sugar (depending on your sweet tooth)
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream all of the above ingredients. (Add a stick of butter for extra richness and calories!) Put in casserole dish. Add topping and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter (1/4 c.)
1 c. chopped pecans
