PECAN BALLS 
1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
2 c. pecans

Cream soft butter and powdered sugar. Blend in flour. Add finely chopped nuts and vanilla. Shape into small balls or any shape desired. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. When cool roll in powdered sugar.
