PEANUT GRAVY 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lg. chopped onion
1/2 lg. green pepper, chopped
2 lg. stalks celery, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 cans water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter
Optional fresh ground pepper
Optional Cayenne pepper

Saute beef, onion, green pepper and celery until tender. Fresh ground pepper or cayenne pepper to taste. Cook slowly 1/2 hour until well blended. Add 1 cup peanut butter. Serve over freshly cooked rice. Goes great with a fruit salad.
