1 pkg. wieners 1 sm. onion 1 sm. bell pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 tbsp. oil 2 c. cooked rice 16 oz. can Italian tomato sauce 2 tbsp. potato flakes Chop onion, bell pepper and place in skillet with oil and saute until onion is tender. Cut wieners in bite size pieces, add to mixture along with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Add potato flakes for thickening. Serve over rice. Serves 6. |
