FLOUNDER FILLETS AU GRATIN | |
4 to 6 flounder fillets 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 zucchinis, sliced 2 med. tomatoes, sliced 1/3 c. green onions, sliced 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. butter, melted 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated Place fillets in sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with zucchini, tomatoes and onions. Combine bread crumbs, butter and lemon juice, spread over vegetables, top with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4. |
