STUFFED FLOUNDER FILLETS 
8 flounder fillets
1 grated carrot
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
1/2 c. melted butter

Saute onion and grated carrot in small amount of butter. Add stuffing mix and drizzle 1/4 cup butter on top. Mix together well. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Grease 2 quart baking dish. Line bottom with half of the fish fillets. Arrange stuffing mix evenly over fish and top with leftover fillets. Drizzle remaining butter on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until fish is done. Serves 4.
