STUFFED FLOUNDER 
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 can crabmeat
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. bread crumbs
Paprika to taste
4-6 oz. flounder

Mix can crabmeat, little bit of bread crumbs, some melted butter and little bit of lemon juice. On bottom of pan, put a little bit of water and sprinkle some bread crumbs and a little bit of melted butter. Put in 1/2 of fillet slices. Put crabmeat mixture on top. Put a second layer of fillet slices on top.

Pour on the rest of the melted butter and sprinkle with paprika and little bread crumbs and lemon juice. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until fish is tender.
