MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
7 qts. popped corn
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine butter, syrup, vinegar and sugar in a 2 quart microwave container. Cook on full power 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until it comes to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, remove from microwave and stir in soda. Place the corn in a large brown paper bag; pour syrup over the corn and stir. Return to microwave and cook on full power 1 1/2 minutes; remove and stir. Repeat two more times. Pour out onto the counter top to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
