CARAMEL CORN IN MICROWAVE 
10 c. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Put brown sugar, butter, corn syrup in a bowl, Microwave full power 2 minutes or until melted. Microwave full power 3 1/2 minutes. Add baking soda. Put popcorn in a large microwaving bowl. Pour syrup mixture over popcorn. Stir well to coat popcorn. Microwave full power 1 1/2 minutes again. Stir popcorn mixture. Microwave full power 1 1/2 more minutes. Stir again to coat popcorn, microwave full power 1/2 minute. Pour onto cookie sheet to cool, store in air tight bag.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
