MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
7 lg. marshmallows

In 3 quart mixing bowl, cook 3 minutes on high power. Stir, add 2 minutes more on high power. Pour mixture over 2 quarts popped corn and mix until well coated. Turn out into 9x13 metal pan. Break into pieces when cooled.

Don't leave in dish - put in metal pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
