MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN | |
1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. light corn syrup 1/4 tsp. baking soda 16 c. popped popcorn In a large bowl combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on High 1 minute. Then stir 3 times. Add baking soda and stir. Place popcorn in a large brown paper bag. Pour mixture over popcorn and shake. Microwave mixture in bag 1 minute on high, shake and repeat. Microwave 30 seconds on high, shake, repeat. Pour on cookie sheet or waxed paper to dry. Makes 16 cups. |
