MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
16 c. popped popcorn

In a large bowl combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on High 1 minute. Then stir 3 times. Add baking soda and stir. Place popcorn in a large brown paper bag. Pour mixture over popcorn and shake. Microwave mixture in bag 1 minute on high, shake and repeat. Microwave 30 seconds on high, shake, repeat. Pour on cookie sheet or waxed paper to dry. Makes 16 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
