EZ MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
3/4 c. unpopped popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Use air popper to pop popcorn (or microwave popper).

Combine brown sugar, butter, Karo syrup and salt in 2 quart microwave-proof dish. Cook on high 2 1/2 minutes. Stir. Cook 2 1/2 minutes more. Add baking soda. Pour over popped corn. Dump all in brown paper bag. Shake. Cook (in bag) 1 1/2 minutes on high. Shake well. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes more. Shake well. Dump on cookie sheet to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
