FAST AND EASY MICROWAVE CARAMEL
CORN
 
7 lg. marshmallows
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 to 4 qt. popped corn

Combine marshmallows, butter and brown sugar in mixing bowl. Cook on 100% power for 3 minutes. Add baking soda and stir. Cook an additional 30 seconds on 100% power or until marshmallows are melted.

Stir immediately and pour over popped corn, stirring to coat evenly. Place on waxed paper to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
