FAST AND EASY MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN | |
7 lg. marshmallows 1 stick butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. baking soda 3 to 4 qt. popped corn Combine marshmallows, butter and brown sugar in mixing bowl. Cook on 100% power for 3 minutes. Add baking soda and stir. Cook an additional 30 seconds on 100% power or until marshmallows are melted. Stir immediately and pour over popped corn, stirring to coat evenly. Place on waxed paper to cool. |
