HUNGARIAN DELIGHT 
4 c. flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco or butter
3 egg yolks
1/2 pt. sour cream
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Cut Crisco or butter into all dry ingredients. Add sour cream and egg yolks. Mix well. Make 4 balls. Roll out first ball and line well-greased pan. Spread with apricot filling. Roll out second ball. Spread with nut filling. Over nut filling spread Lekvar. Cover with last ball of dough. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Pan size 12 x 17 x 1 1/2 inches.

FILLING:

1/2 c. ground nuts
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. sweet cream
1 c. apricot filling
1 jar Lekvar
