BLACK SATIN DELIGHT 
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients; press firmly into 9 inch pie plate. Chill thoroughly.

FILLING:

4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipped topping
6-8 walnut halves (optional)

Have eggs at room temperature. Combine chocolate, milk, sugar, and salt in top of double boiler; cook over hot water until blended and smooth, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time; blend in vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, blending well. Place in pie crust; chill for several hours. Serve with whipped topping; garnish with walnut halves.
