BRAN BREAD 
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. hot water
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. all bran cereal
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
6 c. flour

In a large mixing bowl, pour hot water over bran, sugar, and shortening. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast, salt, and beaten eggs. Then add flour a cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Let dough rise in a warm place to double in size. Punch down and knead and put in 2 greased bread pans and let rise again. Bake 45-50 minutes at 325 degrees.
