BRAN BREAD 
3 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. Crisco, melted
1 c. All-Bran cereal
6-7 c. flour
1 c. wheat germ

Melt shortening. Dissolve yeast in water. Mix in sugar, salt and All-Bran. Let set for 5 minutes. Slowly stir in shortening, flour, and wheat germ. Let rise until doubled in size. Punch down. Set in loaf pans, let rise and bake until golden brown.
