BEAN SOUP 
1 lb. baby lima beans
1 ham bone
1 lg. can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Rinse beans and place in 2 quarts of water. Bring to boil. Add ham bone and reduce heat. Simmer for about 2 hours. Add tomatoes. Let simmer for another 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut ham off bone and remove bone.
