PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (9 oz.) carton frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1/2 c. milk
1 graham cracker crumb or pie shell
1/4 c. finely chopped peanuts
1/2 c. peanut butter

Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in peanut butter and sugar. Slowly add milk, beating until well blended. Fold topping into mixture. Ladle into pie crust; sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze until firm before serving.
