PIG CAKE 
1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 stick softened butter
1/2 c. orange juice
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Cream cake mix, butter, vanilla and orange juice. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat mixture 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured large pyrex pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely to frost.

ICING:

1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapples
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip topping

Drain pineapple. Mix juice with pudding mix. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Blend well. Spread on cooled cake.
