1 box butter cake mix
1 (11 oz.) mandarin orange & juice
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained but save juice

Mix with spoon: Cake mix, oil, eggs, nuts and mandarin oranges. Bake 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool completely.

Icing: Mix pudding mix, Cool Whip and drained pineapple. Add juice if icing is too dry. Keep chilled.
