PISTACHIO CREAM CHEESE DESSERT 
STEP 1:

Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/3 cup chopped walnuts. Spread as evenly as possible in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring several times. Cool.

STEP 2:

Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature, 2/3 cup powdered sugar. Fold in 1/2 of 9 oz. carton of Cool Whip. Place on top of crust.

STEP 3:

Mix 2 1/2 cups of milk into 2 packages instant pistachio pudding. Mix until stiff. Spread over cream cheese mixture and top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with a few more chopped nuts. Chill.
