PINEAPPLE - APRICOT SALAD WITH
TOPPING
 
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. apricot juice
3/4 c. mashed apricots
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sm. marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in water, then add the pineapple and apricot juices. When Jello starts to set, add the fruits and marshmallows. Let chill until firm. Serve the following topping spread on top.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. apricot juice
1/4 c. cream, whipped
2 tbsp. salad dressing
Grated cheese

Cook the sugar, flour, butter, egg, and juice. Cool. Add the whipped cream and salad dressing. Spread on chilled salad and top with grated cheese.
