PINEAPPLE CHEESE TOPPED PIE 
1 baked 9" pie shell

FILLING:

2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

CHEESE TOPPING:

1 c. fine shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix pineapple, sugar and cornstarch well in pan and cook until thick. Pour in baked pie crust.

For Topping: Combine cheese, sugar and flour. Add butter with spoon or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Crumble on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until top is light brown.
