3 med. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. nutmeg
6 slices pineapple

Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Peel and mash. Add sugar and butter, eggs and nutmeg. Mix well. Place a mound of potato mixture on top of each pineapple slice. Top with a marshmallow. Place in oven and brown marshmallow slightly.
