Glazed Orange Cake

This is a great recipe- moist, rich, buttery! Worked perfectly the first time. Got done in 45 minutes, but I think my pan was a bit bigger. I dowsed the cake with about 1/2 cup of Grand Marnier (orange liquor) before I applied the glaze. I wouldn't use all the glaze though- try it with half, then decide if you want all of it.

This recipe's been in my family for over 50 years. I used to ask for this cake for my birthday. We pierce the top of the cake with a fork before pouring on the glaze. Yum!
