ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 zucchini
1 med. onion
1/2 c. butter
1 box Stove Top
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese

Wash and slice zucchini. Chop onion. Steam in microwave for 15 minutes. Drain. Melt butter in microwave. Blend in 1 box Stove Top.

Blend zucchini and chicken soup. Put 1/2 in bottom of casserole. Top with 1/3 of Stove Top. Add rest of zucchini and top with remaining zucchini. Top with remaining Stove Top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
