MICROWAVE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced chicken
1/4 med. green pepper, chopped
1 3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken Stove Top
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3/4 c. butter
2 lbs. zucchini, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 c. chopped onions

Combine zucchini, green pepper and onions in 3 quart casserole. Cook covered on full power (13 to 16 minutes) or until crisp and tender. Add soup, sour cream, chicken, pepper to vegetables. Set aside.

Place butter in 2 quart casserole. Cook on full power 1 to 2 minutes or until melted. Add seasoned crumbs to butter. Mix well. Reserve 1 cup for top of casserole. Spoon zucchini mixture over the stuffing. Spread remaining Stove Top stuffing over top. Heat casserole on full power 7 to 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
