BEEF & TATER CASSEROLE
(MICROWAVE)
 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. frozen tater tots
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
Paprika

Crumble ground beef into 2 quart casserole dish; cook for 5 minutes in microwave oven, stirring and turning dish twice. Drain juice. Top with minced onion and tater tots. Add soups, sprinkle with paprika. Cook for 15 minutes longer, turning dish every 5 minutes. You may use pre-cooked chicken instead of beef.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
