ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
6 c. zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. onions, sliced
1 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. sour ream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 box chicken flavored Stove Top Dressing
1 stick butter

Boil zucchini and onions in salt water until soft. Drain. Mix carrots, sour cream and chicken soup. Put Stove Top dressing and butter in pan over low heat, stirring until mixed.

In casserole dish, layer the onion-zucchini, then the cream-soup mix, then some Stove Top, alternating until all ingredients are used. Be sure to save enough Stove Top for a good top layer. Bake in preheated oven at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
