ZUCCHINI SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. Stove Top Dressing
3 1/2 c. zucchini squash, unpeeled
2 sm. or 1 lg. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with dry dressing. Cook squash and onion partially. Drain. Mix soup and sour cream with cooked squash. Line bowl with dressing. Save some for topping. Put squash in center. Cover with remaining dressing. Cover. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover last few minutes.
