2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 beaten eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. coconut

Mix all together well.

FROSTING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together with mixer until smooth.
