HAWAIIAN COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar

2 beaten eggs
2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. melted shortening

Add pineapple mixture to flour mixture.

TOPPING:

1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter

Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes in 375 degree oven.
