1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained

Mix all ingredients together. Blend for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in two greased and floured 9 inch cake pans or a 13x9x2 inch pan.

ICING:

1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. whipped topping
Coconut

Mix pineapple and pudding mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Spread between layers and on top of cake. Sprinkle coconut on top.
