1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 can mandarin oranges, drained & cut up
Save juice & add enough water to make 1 c.

Make cake according to package, adding oranges and eggs. Pour in two 9 inch greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool and ice.

ICING:

Whip 1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia cream cheese. Add 1 pound powdered sugar and 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained. Beat until smooth and add 1 cup of coconut. Ice cake and sprinkle rest of coconut on top. Decorate with maraschino cherries.
