HAWAIIAN CAKE 
1 white cake mix with pudding
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) box orange-pineapple Jell-O
1 flat can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients by hand. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. coconut

Cream the cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients.

I cut the icing recipe in half. Half is sufficient for the cake.
