HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs

Put all ingredients in large bowl. Blend with spoon. DO NOT BEAT!

Pour into 9"x13" ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick softened butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend and beat until fluffy. Spread on cake when cool.
