HAWAIIAN SUPREME CAKE 
1 box lemon supreme cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Sift cake mix and pudding together. Add eggs, one at a time, then Crisco and 7-Up. Mix all together with mixer 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees 30 to 35 minutes for 3 layers.

ICING:

1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 stick butter
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all but coconut and nuts. Cook on medium heat until thickened (about 10 to 12 minutes). Remove, add coconut and nuts. Spread on cool cake.
