STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread, cubed (good firm bread)

Place half in bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole. Cube two 8 ounce cream cheese and put on top of bread. Put remaining bread cubes on top of cheese. Beat 12 eggs. Combine with: 2 c. milk

Pour eggs and milk mixture over bread and cream cheese casserole. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with syrup or fruit.
