SALLY JESSE'S STUFFED FRENCH
TOAST
 
1 loaf bread, cubed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Cheese, cubed
8 eggs
1/3 c. honey
1 1/3 c. milk

Mix eggs, honey and milk; set aside. In a 9"x13" greased pan, evenly layer half the bread cubes, then cheese and top with rest of bread. Pour egg mixture over bread, cover and leave in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with syrup.

Serves 6 to 8.
