CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled, skinned, and boned (save stock)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 stick butter

Melt butter; add stuffing. Put half stuffing in casserole. Put half chicken on top. Put mushroom soup in. Pour 1 cup stock over this. Put 1/4 stuffing over the rest of chicken, then chicken soup and pour 1 cup of stock and rest of stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees 1/2 to 3/4 hours.
