MUSHROOM CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI 
1 (2 1/2) lb. frying chicken (cut up)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken stock
1 tsp. salt
1 head broccoli (cut into florets)

Brown chicken in butter. Add onion, soup, stock and salt. Cover and cook over low heat 40 minutes. Arrange broccoli over chicken, cover and cook 10 more minutes. Serves 4.
