SPECIAL SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 egg, beaten slightly
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix

Mix in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 10 x 10 inch greased Pyrex baking dish. Serves 4 to 6.
