SCALLOPED CORN 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and set in oven a few minutes longer.
