SCALLOPED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
8 oz. sour cream (may use imitation)
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg, beaten

Mix all in large casserole dish. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees until brown around the edges. If center is soupy just stir well before serving.
