CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Tender chunk ham, chicken or turkey, flaked with fork
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain well. Stir soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients to soup mixture. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
