CHEESY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 can Tender Chunk ham, chicken or turkey, flaked or use leftover chicken or turkey, chopped in small cubes
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain well. Stir in soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients to soup and sour cream mixture. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.
